Although born into a real estate family in Santa Barbara, California, Terrell has been a resident of Houston more than thirty years. He has extensive knowledge of the area, and its market trends and changes that have occurred over three decades. Terrell has been a property owner and investor in all of his areas of specialization such as West University, Bellaire, River Oaks, Montrose, the Heights and Rice Military/Camp Logan. Terrell also has significant experience in the Memorial area, Katy and The Woodlands. In addition to expertise in real estate sales, Terrell has had fifteen years of experience financing buyers’ dreams as a mortgage lender. Not just another Realtor, Terrell is a resource for Houstonians and newcomers alike. He is involved in the community and is knowledgeable about everything from Houston’s rich cultural offerings, medical facilities and schools to its sports and outdoor activities. His two children are native Houstonians and attended area schools.
